2. Booking Policy
- Bookings are subject to availability
- Valid identification is required
- Advance payment may be required
- HR Resorts may cancel bookings at its discretion
3. Pricing & Offers
- Prices may change without notice
- Offers are subject to availability
- Taxes may apply as per government rules
4. Payment Policy
- Advance payment may be required
- Full payment before check-in
- Payments via UPI, bank transfer, online gateway, or cash
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 7 days before check-in: refund may apply
- Within 7 days: cancellation charges may apply
- No-show or same-day cancellation: no refund
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
6. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-In: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Valid government-issued ID required
7. Guest Responsibilities
- Maintain decorum
- Avoid illegal or disruptive behavior
- Pay for damages caused to property
8. Resort Facilities & Services
Resort facilities are subject to availability,
maintenance schedules, and weather conditions.
9. Force Majeure
HR Resorts shall not be responsible for delays or
interruptions caused by circumstances beyond control.
10. Website & Marketing Information
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee all
information is always error-free or updated in real time.
11. Privacy & Data Usage
By submitting information through our website or ads,
you consent to our data collection and usage practices.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, text, graphics,
and media are property of HR Resorts.
13. Limitation of Liability
HR Resorts is not liable for personal belongings,
travel interruptions, or indirect damages.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
